I’ve just gotten word from my sister that Grendel has arrived safely at the Minneapolis airport, I am so pleased and relieved! I would definitely give 5 stars and Thank You for treating my cat like the precious cargo that he is! You were excellent at sorting out the paperwork, and communicating with me every step of the way. PBS provided a brilliant service and I would recommend them without hesitation. Thank
