Can’t thank PBS enough for getting my 4 Persian cats to my new home in Barbados!

The service was outstanding, especially when unexpected things went wrong with Dudley when his health declined due to separation anxiety and, unknown to anyone, his microchip had fallen out, and therefore ended up having to be rescued by friends for a month, only joining us a month later once these issues were resolved. Shelle organised getting specialist made to measure wooden kennels built, dealt with all the complicated paperwork, the authorities on both sides of the Atlantic and my friends who had Dudley for a month, with both professionalism, compassion and initiative and clearly cares about these animals as if they were her own!When I temporarily had no access to any landline or email she used her own mobile phone to keep me informed by text and calmed me down no end! They were looked after like a little family and arrived here on British Airways in excellent condition and love their new life in the Caribbean! I would absolutely recommend PBS for 5star Pet Travel where using the best is critical especially for when the unexpected occurs like with Dudley. Well done!
