Just wanted to say a big big thank you for all your help over the last few months. Getting the rats sorted was probably one of the most difficult tasks of relocating abroad, a task you definitely don’t want to get wrong.

I have appreciated your quick response on every occasion, the move went very smoothly yesterday and they arrived in Dubai very chilled which shows they were handled carefully throughout the whole process.
