Pets will travel in the cargo-hold of the plane, which is temperature controlled and dimly lit to maximise your pet’s wellbeing and comfort during travel.

Individual age requirements for flying pet/s depends on the airline and destination country. However, animals must be over the age of 8-weeksand fully weaned according to IATA Live Animal Regulations.
It is not recommended to sedate pets for travel, in case of adverse reactions whilst flying. There are options for anxiety medication which you can discuss with your veterinarian.
Yes, it is possible to be on the same flight as your pet/s and we will do our best to keep you and your furry friends together. However, this is subject to the airline/plane type and availability.
We recommend feeding as normal the night before travel. On the morning of travel, please restrict feeding but give water as normal. Your pet will always have access to water throughout.
Quarantine regulations depend on the country, the species and where your pet normally lives. A lot of the time, quarantine can be avoided with appropriate steps. However, New Zealand and Australia are likely to need quarantine.
Unfortunately, no toys can come with your pet/s in their crate. However, you can place a t-shirt that smells of you in there for them to help them feel secure.
