If your pet is arriving in to London Gatwick, you can collect from the Animal Reception Centre:

Usually pets are ready for collection (Customs and DEFRA permitting) 3 – 4 hours after flight arrival, providing all documentation is correct.
Manchester Airport Animal Reception Centre
If your pet is arriving in to Manchester you can collect from Servisair cargo:

Usually pets are ready for collection (Customs and DEFRA permitting) around 90 minutes after flight arrival.
