If you have requested a quotation for export out of the UK, we will aim to get back to you within 7 working days if this is possible and your desired route is available. However please note, this may be longer, due to the constant changes in flight schedules, airline availability and destination regulation updates due to COVID-19.
Please also note that many airlines are not currently accepting pets for carriage as cargo from the UK, meaning routes and availability are extremely limited at this time.
We respectfully request that you do not chase us unless 7 working days have passed since your enquiry, as this will cause further delays.
