When should I book?
Well, this really is dependent on the destination and the amount of preparation involved. The most important point to remember is that you should allow your pet PLENTY of time to get acclimatized to the new travel kennel.
At the time of booking, we will arrange to have the kennel couriered to you on an over-night delivery service. It is recommended that your pet has AT LEAST two weeks to get used to the kennel, but ideally your pet should have as much time as possible- this will really help to calm your pet’s nerves on the day and help your pet to feel safe and secure during their journey.
Another factor to take in to consideration is applying for paperwork. Again, depending on the destination, you will need to apply for permits and these will need to be obtained prior to travel. Of course if you are looking to book a full service, PBS will take care of all paperwork for you.
If your pet is travelling anywhere outside of the E.U. (Apart from the USA) Then your pet will need a DEFRA ( UK Government Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs) export health certificate and we can apply for this for you free of charge.

As a general rule, we require at least two weeks notice to make a booking. We can sometimes process bookings quicker than this, however making a pet booking less than two weeks in advance is not recommended. If you wish to book your pet with less than two weeks notice, please get in touch.
What do I need to book?
To make a booking with the airline, we must have the below information. So please make sure you have this ready:
- UK contact name, number, address and email address
- Emergency contact details for day of travel
- Exact weight and measurements of your pet/ pets
- If you have your own travel kennel, we will need exact measurements (length, width & height) as well as the exact weight
- Full name, address and contact number of the person (or agent) collecting at the arrival destination
- Depending on destination and services required, we may also need veterinary documentation such as vaccination records and test results
We must give the airline correct information at the time of booking, if there are any discrepancies on the day, this could cause a delay
When do I pay?
At the time of booking we will require a deposit payment of £145.00 as well as the cost to supply and deliver the travel kennel, so that we can send this out to you in advance of travel. The remaining balance is due one week prior to travel.
What if I do not have a date?
If you do not have a date, but would like to pay your deposit and have the kennel delivered in advance, this is not a problem at all. Please contact your pet travel agent who will be able to let you know the next steps
What if I need to change the date?
As long as we are notified more than 7 working days prior to the booked travel date, we can postpone your pets travel free of charge.
If you need to postpone yours pets travel with less than 7 working days notice, you will be charged a documentation fee of £60.00
What if I need to cancel?
Please refer to your terms and conditions section of the quotation which details our cancellation policies.
